This speaker clamp is designed for a robot equipped with an Arduino and Wave Shield. The fastener locations were chosen to minimize the footprint, allowing the speaker to overhang the bot's side. Key components include 3mm nuts, 3mm x 24mm nylon spacers (or 1" #4 spacers), 3mm x 40mm bolts, and 3.5"x7"x3mm acrylic sheets. The 40mm bolt is slightly tight when going through another 3mm acrylic sheet, but washers were removed due to limited options of 40 and 50mm bolts. The speaker used is a GF0771M Mylar version. The assembly has been built but not yet connected to the wave shield or bot; updates will be provided upon connection.
