Speaker front cover frame
thingiverse
I built the front frame of my speaker (S-40K). To make modifications easier, I opted to remove the curved circular ring since it would be tough to print with that design. It took approximately 1.56 hours for the Creality Slicer to finish printing. After the print job was done, I sanded the surface smooth and coated it with a thin layer of black nail polish. In person, it looks fantastic! Much better than without the frame. Settings: Material: Black PLA Software: Creality slicer v1.2.3 Profile: Layer height: 0.2mm Shell thickness: 0.8mm Bottom/Top thickness: 1.2 mm Print speed: 80mm/s Temperature: 200C Bed temperature: 60C Nozzle size: 0.4mm No support material, No adhesion, Ender 3 Pro
