Speaker Enclosure for 5.25" Car Door Speaker, Suitable for Porsche 911SC and Other Vehicles with 5.5" Opening. This custom speaker enclosure was designed specifically for a Porsche 911SC but can be used in any car with a 5.5" opening. The Infinity Reference 5002ix speaker is ideal for this application. The base of the enclosure features a cutout section that allows it to slide past the power window motor without obstruction. To minimize the need for scaffolding and make adjustments easier, the enclosure is printed in two halves. This design allows for flexibility when placing the holes, depth, and alignment of the rear section. After printing both halves, they should be glued together using a waterproof epoxy to ensure a secure and water-resistant seal.
