Speaker amplifier for Samsung Note 4 with case

After being disappointed by the limited sound quality from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4's rear-facing speakers, I set out to create a makeshift solution that would deliver better sound without sacrificing the functionality of my phone. A few smartphone docking stations had experimented with this concept for iPhones and similar devices, so I designed a custom dock specifically for my Note 4. I should note that I created this model while my Note 4 was encased in a Verus Iron Shield protective case, which isn't a perfect fit but meets my needs without requiring me to remove the case. If you have a different type of case or a Note 4 with varying dimensions, you might find this dock works better than I did. In particular, I'm unsure how it will work with thicker Otterbox cases due to their bulky design. However, if you're unable to find an alternative case-friendly amplifier attachment that suits your needs, go ahead and try this out! Just be aware that thinner cases may not fit snugly into the dock, as a naked Note 4 also struggles to slide in smoothly. I'm hopeful that this dock will provide the sound quality enhancement you've been looking for. I printed it using my M3D Micro with Flashforge PLA material and applied print settings such as low infill density, medium-level detail resolution, and enabled rafting and model-on-model support. It took around 10 hours to complete, and I'm excited to share this solution with you!
