Speak-thru for Service Screens

I'm looking for a straightforward and efficient grille or cover to speak through when using protective panels. A filter material will be necessary, and I think fish tank filter wool coated with Pam cooking spray would make a good medium. Alternatively, you could use a piece of your flattened R-95 mask.
