Embrace your geek side and revive your old Speak & Spell! During my lifetime, I have never encountered an intact one, so I had to rely on fuzzy internet images to recreate its cover. The latch is quite delicate, requiring a balance between flexibility and stability. To accommodate various printing needs, I've included the SCAD file for customization. I used my Ultimaker printer, followed by a light burnishing of corners for a smoother finish. The snap-in mechanism is perfect. If you don't plan to use batteries, opt for the "002" version with a more elegant mechanism but avoids battery conflicts.
