This helmet is designed solely as a display piece, with its components held together by Loctite gel super glue, a brand I highly recommend for bonding PLA due to its exceptional strength. The plume features bristles sourced from inexpensive store-bought brooms, while foam blocks are strategically placed inside to facilitate a secure fit on my head. However, it's essential to note that this design is not intended for actual wear, and a custom-made hardhat-style headband could potentially be created to make it more wearable. Please be aware that the scale of these STL files was exported incorrectly, necessitating scaling adjustments upon import into your slicer software. To achieve the correct proportions, you may need to adjust the scale to 2540% or even higher, depending on your personal measurements and head size.
