I apologize for all the support material you'll need to use if you want to print this thing. Building a lifesize Spartan Helm was no cakewalk. The shell command to hollow out the middle failed on both CREO and Solidworks, so I spent hours manually excavating the inside. Some imperfections remain on the inner faces, but every time I try to fix them, my CAD software crashes. Excluding the middle section, I'm pleased with this design, and I hope you enjoy it too. -HeadlessMoose
