A Spacer for LCD Stabilization: A Crucial Add-on for Sparkmaker Users. The "-Split-" STLs are specifically designed to accommodate smaller print beds. Version 2 Update: ------------------ During the LCD mod process, I realized that my initial measurements overlooked a crucial detail - the glass sits slightly lower than the top of the unit, resulting in an imperceptible gap between the screen and FEP. To address this, Version 2 has been revised to reduce the spacer's height by 0.15 mm. Important Safety Reminder: ------------------------- It is imperative that users apply black tape around the screen to prevent UV light from seeping through. Failure to do so will result in the formation of "walls" of cured resin in a screen-shaped rectangle, as I discovered firsthand after neglecting this crucial step.
