This is a mod to make the Spark Maker FHD silent, which involves replacing the super loud fans with a large 120mm 24v almost silent fan. This modification requires a two-part extension for the Sparkmaker FHD. The top part fits between the original casing and the top, encasing the LCD and LED array. The original case is used to put the fan (hot glued) and the control knob in place. The original and top cases are screwed together using the 4 M3 screws and nuts. The bottom part is used to put the motherboard (hot glued after the casing is put back) and just slides around the bottom of the original casing. This mod could be easily improved by making a single casing with appropriate screw attachments instead of hot glue. To avoid any issues, it's essential to be careful when handling the LCD ribbon cable. The top part was printed with Polymaker Poly Smooth filament and then processed in the Polysher to achieve an almost perfect glossy finish.
