Sparkling wine hermetic bottle cap

<p>A special bottle cap designed for sparking wine bottles that have a larger diameter (17mm) and can't hold the gas with conventional caps.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><h3>Materials</h3> <ul> <li>Flexible filament for the sleeve (TPU D50 /A95 is fine)</li> <li>Rigid filament for the other parts (PLA is OK)</li> <li>M5 x 30mm bolt</li> <li>M5 nut</li> <li>Super glue (eg. Super Bonder)</li> </ul> <h3>Instructions</h3> <ol> <li>Print the sleeve with flexible filament. Use 100% infill and make sure the seams are on the inside.</li> <li>Print the other parts with rigid filament. Infill 50% or higher and no supports.</li> <li>Put the nut betwen the two piston parts and glue them together. Do not exagerete in the glue or you will need to sand the part.</li> <li>Place the top of the bold in the handle and close with the ring. Use a small drop of glue to keep everyhting in place.</li> </ol> <h3>Using</h3> <ol> <li>Completely unscrew the knob and push against the sleeve to move the piston down. No need to separate the parts.</li> <li>Put in the bottle and tighten the knob.</li> <li>To remove untighten the knob until you feel the nut was released and then push it down in the direction of the rubber sleeve. Don't worry, it will not fall inside the bottle.</li> <li>Once the piston is down the cap can be removed.</li> </ol>
