Sparkie (Rev.2 Dji Spark Clone)
thingiverse
This is my revised design for a DJI Spark clone.\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2594425\r\n\r\nIn this version, I've made significant changes to prioritize functionality over visual similarity with the original DJI Spark.\r\n\r\nKey differences from the previous iteration include:\r\n\r\nThe main body has been redesigned to offer more interior space above the camera area, accommodating either the AOI Clover or a GPS antenna within. The rear section features an opening for seamless antenna exit.\r\n\r\nMotor mounts are tilted 5° outwards from the center frame to enhance blade clearance and overall stability during flight.\r\n\r\nThe lower camera mount has been reduced in size, eliminating the need for a larger design. In its place is a battery mounting plate, replacing the original clone's battery bay.\r\n\r\nThe canopy now features additional arms that securely cover all wiring and bolster the main body's structural integrity when screwed into place.\r\n\r\nThis revised frame relies on M2 hex head bolts instead of the standard M3's, resulting in reduced weight and fewer bulky bolting points. I utilized a M2 assorted bolt pack from Banggood to achieve this.
