I'm developing a custom case for the ESP32 Thing from Sparkfun, which has everything needed for development and testing of this popular module. As a first-time designer, there's still room for improvement: my current board lacks headers. I've set aside space below the board for potential headers, but it would require additional support. Regarding the cover, adding holes for LED/headers/buttons would be ideal, but that would make the box either excessively large or fragile. The current box is a bit too tight, making it challenging to insert and remove the board. Additionally, the small partition between the USB and battery connectors is quite thin and broke easily; I'll likely redesign this section.
