update: 09-06-2017 I've finally uploaded the stretched version of the bracket, and standard spools now easily clear the standard active cooling fans. For my dual extrusion setup, I'm using two of these for optimal performance. Check out my other projects... update: 09-10-2016 I've uploaded images to share with you... However, I'll need to modify the design to ensure the carriage is properly cleared. Depending on your head configuration, this might not be an issue at all. A lengthened version of the bracket will be available soon, but due to bed size limitations, it may take some time before I can print it out. That being said, I'll leave the current version up for now, as it could still prove useful in certain situations. This is a spool bracket that I created specifically for my Sparkcube 1.1xl build. As soon as I get two more installed on my machine (still waiting for hardware delivery), I'll be happy to share some installed images with you... The standard assembly process involves using 8mm nuts and all-thread, along with two 608ZZ bearings per spindle. Stay tuned for updates... Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Aluminum i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .1mm Infill: 40% Notes: I used ABS to print the bracket... Warping can be a bit tricky, especially when dealing with this particular design. I'm looking forward to printing it out on my next project, which will have a much larger bed size (300x300!).
