I redesigned the drone's attachment part to keep its connection to the DJI Spark intact, while significantly reducing the size of the arms to a mere 1.6mm by 3mm and altering the arc's dimensions to be 1.6mm thick and 5mm high. This revised design prints with a weight range of 5.14 grams using PLA filament to 5.23 grams when using PLA+ filament, resulting in a substantial reduction from the original 11-gram weight. To achieve this reduction, I opted for printing with supports, ensuring that the new structure remains stable and secure during the printing process.
