I printed split parts with ABS, then I welded them together and smoothed out the edges with acetone. This method works better because the bottom isn't flat. You can also print the entire piece in one go, head down. The settings I used were a resolution of 0.2 and an infill percentage of 20%. When it came to drilling holes, I made sure they were 9mm in diameter. If you need a larger hole, simply drill it out with a suitable tool.
