Spare latch piece for Trimble instrument case

<p>This spare part is one piece of the latch system for closing Trimble C-Series instrument cases used for DINI 03 digital levels.</p><p>After surviving a minor accident with an empty instrument case this part broke on one of the cases from my father's land surveying company. We were immediately trying to find spare parts for this on the internet but didn't find any. Therefore I decided to reverse engineer the broken part to get the case working again with great success.</p><p>I printed the piece from PLA because I didn't have anything else on hand, but stronger material that also lasts longer outside would probably be a better option. As cases like this are handled in rough conditions I decided to play it safe and use 100% infill, as the volume of the part wasn't too big anyways. Unfortunately, there is no proper orientation to print this without supports, so supports are definitely necessary. The layer height I used was 0.20mm.</p><p>With the given dimensions in the .stl- file the part turned out perfect and works just as the original version did.
