A NURBS surface was made from an initial 3D mesh scan, which was originally done by Tõnis Vanaselja. The Sparco Closed Car Racing Helmet 3d Scan has been uploaded in Inventor 2013 format, as well as STEP surface models, both available in high and low resolution versions. Furthermore, a miniature version of the helmet was expertly machined by Michaela Festl, resulting in an exquisitely detailed finish.
