I created a laser cutting template for the original project since it wasn't included. To prepare the surface for gluing, I added an engraving feature to create a rough texture. Acrylic sheets are cut on the Glowforge at a thickness of 2 mm. The settings used for engraving are as follows: 1000 passes with a power setting of 20% and only one pass. For cutting, the settings are: 210 passes at full power and only one pass.
