SpannerHands shroud, modified for broad airflow

Reduced by 10 mm, that's all I did!\nThis modification was based on my experimental results which clearly showed that an uncovered fan delivered the best warping reduction. However, I noticed that most of the airflow coming from an uncovered fan was actually passing above the printing area. This shroud is a compromise to provide broad cooling while still giving it directionality.\nThe diagram above illustrates how the shroud (blue) is aimed at the hotend (red), in this case a Ubis ceramic hot-end. Use it only with insulated hot-ends, or you'll end up dropping your temps.
