Create stunning, low-poly houses, villas, or mansions with a modern touch using the ''SHC Modern Mansion Kit,'' based on the SHC Spanish Modern kit. The kit includes a free mansion model to demonstrate its capabilities and serve as a tutorial for assembling constructive parts. Feel free to modify the featured house according to your preference. This pack contains 139 assets, priced at an average of $0.29 each. The constructive parts are designed with a 2x2m grid in mind, while wall parts stand 1 meter tall for complex split-level designs. Each asset has two UV maps: one for materials (textures) and another optimized for lightmapping and other maps. Assets are individual objects, making it easy to copy and paste them without increasing import time. Example mansions have grouped assets by material for performance reasons but can be easily ungrouped. Polycounts for example mansions 1 and 2 are 2,451,001 and 1,238,946 respectively, excluding the free car from the store.
