This 3D model was created with Sketchup 14 and then exported to all other 3D formats natively. The original format is .skp, while a scene designed specifically for 3ds Max uses that software's version 2016. Rendering the image involved Vray 3.00. The Kitchen and Bathroom were detailed so that you can see how it's laid out inside. The size of the model was tweaked just to stay under the limit.
