The SPAD VII boasts intricate detailing on its exterior and is almost identical to the actual size. It features an animated propeller and has a fully textured design available in multiple formats. The aircraft was the first in a line of successful biplane fighter planes manufactured by Société Pour L'Aviation et ses Dér ivés (SPAD) during World War I. Following the war, surplus SPAD VII models were utilized by various countries up until the 1920s.
