This is a hotstaging ring as an upgrate to the model by AstroNot. It is not 100% reality representing. You can glue the ring to the top of the booster or just just let gravity hold it together. Remember, there are more changes to the booster and ship than the hotstaging ring like the four chains on the bttom of the booster are now all the same size, the ship as less paint and more.
