SpaceX Key Fob

Created especially for SpaceX enthusiasts, a simple key fob takes shape using the logo's styling as its outline. These look great when printed in two or three colors - just pause your printer at the right times to swap filament colors. To create a multi-colored SpaceX Key Fob (based on standard scale), use this guide: spacex_2.stl This is the 2-color version, where the base is 2.85mm tall, so swap your filament color at 3mm through the print if you can pause by mm build height. If not, watch the print and manually pause when the base surface is fully covered and the machine starts only printing lettering - then swap colors and restart to complete. spacex_3.stl Pause first as above, then change filament color again at 3.85mm (just 1mm build height later), which won't take long since you're only printing lettering at this stage. Use the same principle by watching closely as it's formed - and the final part, the long X, prints an additional 1mm higher than the rest of the text so can be printed in a third color. This is a small, quick print that won't use much filament. At standard scale, the fob measures 85mm in length including the key ring attachment part - similar to many car remote controls. Please note you can scale up or down, but scaling down might affect the text's sharpness since not all machines can print as finely. This fun little print will be appreciated by any SpaceX fan.
