To address my concerns about short-circuiting the exposed ESC and power cables on my Spacewalk FPV 550 quadcopter, I decided to create a lightweight cover plate. The 1mm thick, flexible plate allows for a 1cm gap between the quad's belly and the plate, accommodating messy cables without protruding too far. Integrated "latches" are designed with support material forming slots that grip onto the frame, securing the plate using tension. This print design utilizes almost the entire 200mm print bed, making it suitable for i3 printers.
