Spaceships Free 3D model

These scenes I worked on a while back are actually part of a much larger scene I built back in 2015. The original scene's name was Early Breakfast because its main camera was fixed firmly on an interior setup featuring a table groaning with coffee and breakfast, with the sci-fi scenery visible right behind it out through the window. The high poly models used here are precision crafted within 3ds max before getting baked into place. The same level of detail and craftsmanship that went into these ships was applied to the background cityscape as well. But beyond just modeling those spaceships for aesthetic purposes, I took the liberty of also bringing them to life by making an animation featuring some serious flight action - all in good fun. If you want to check out a close-up of how they actually move, the models are basically placeholders that were included with the file. As if anyone was still wondering what might have become of it. The fact remains however that those early creations showed significant room for improvement. This being the reality and no small feat of its own either since I chose to feature it in a prominent spot on the cover of 3D Artist magazine back in the day.
