Space Ship Patriot Type 2 Camouflage 1 Green Polygons: 9683; Vertices: 11489; Objects: 16; Modular. Modularity means compatibility of parts within the type (Patriot Type 2), sometimes more. Textures: Diffuse map (Albedo) - DIFF; Normal map - NORM; Specular map - SPEC; All parts have their own textures with unique resolutions. Highest resolution is 4096x4096. There are also reduced-resolution textures where the highest resolution is 2048x2048. In an assembled model, 15 parts of 16 have associated textures, and one part has a material only. The total number of textures used in a single assembled model is: 45 (diffuse, normal, specular) in Blender3D; 32 in Unity3D. All assigned textures. A few paintjobs/decals are available: 9 variants of hull paintjob; 5 variants of solar panel color; 4 variants of cabin glass color. The total number of possible color combinations within this package: 180; Only 9 presented and assembled; Size: 14.7 x 4.73 x 7.43 meters. All parts are associated with all color variations. To get the desired combination, replace relevant parts in any assembly files or open and save all parts in a new file on the principle of a constructor. Regarding filenames: I use dots (. .) in filenames (not just as a separator between name and file extension). Problems occur neither in Windows 7-10 nor Linux; Unity3D is unaffected. So I see no reason to avoid using . in filenames and folders. To optimize, textures and 3D files are archived separately. Just unpack them into one folder. All dependencies saved. ZIP packages are designed to unpack into a single folder (Patriot Type 2) with all subfolders, preserving order and avoiding duplicates. Compatible versions of parts and textures can be unpacked in the same folder without conflicts due to file name replacements. File formats: Native 3D file format is Blend; additional: FBX, OBJ, unitypackage (FBX); UV maps are in SVG format; Textures in PNG format; Folders structure: Assembly - Finished, assembled ship models. 9 files in each folder (18 in OBJ); Parts with resolution - Ship components ready for assembly. 31 files in each folder (62 in OBJ); Parts without resolution - Unassembled ship components without material assignments. Textures - Textures in PNG file format. 59 files in each folder plus 7 additional specular maps for Unity3D engine; All else clear. Game ready; compatible with Unity3D.
