This pack features a Sunfire-class frigate with modular weaponry, suitable for incorporation in space RTS games or as an end boss in sidescroller titles, and also applicable to top-down or 3rd person shoot'em ups. The download file includes FBX and OBJ formats. Note that the model is unskinned, unrigged, and devoid of animations; however, most 3D applications/game engines offer built-in tools for keyframe animation creation. The frigate boasts six turrets, three missile launchers, a torpedo launcher, gun batteries, and hangars, with one torpedo and three missiles included. Additionally, there are six different texture sets provided, accompanied by a PSD file with intact layers. The textures support both PBR and non-PBR environments, with sizes of 4096 for the ship, 2048 for weapons, and 1024 for missiles. Featuring approximately 8600 tris, the final tri count will vary based on the number of weapons utilized for the ship. Texture formats include Albedo map (PNG), AlbedoAO map (PNG) - an albedo map with ambient occlusion baked in, Ambient Occlusion (AO) map (PNG), illumination maps in color and black/white (PNG), Normal map (PNG), Metalness map (PNG), and Gloss map (PNG). Be mindful that model scaling may be necessary depending on your game engine or 3D application.
