To address user concerns about breaking tips, I've created a new model called spacepudge2XL. It features thicker engines and tips for increased sturdiness in smaller prints. No supports are required, and it printed well at approximately 70mm (as shown in the photo). However, a print size of 55mm is not recommended as it may result in weak tips. To improve model strength, consider using ABS material with firmware featuring a higher nozzle temperature (240°C) for better layer binding. Post-print acetone application can also enhance layer bonding.
