The creator employed a mouse pad to separate the but cheek, I prefer something printed :P. The upper spacer fits seamlessly into the original design. With 1-centimeter spacers following closely, down to the bottom 1-centimeter spacer. The 1-centimeter spacer can be easily scaled down to 5 millimeters or less. There is also a top-to-bottom spacer designed specifically to elevate the cheek rest by only 1 centimeter.
