So I designed this 3D printed component that I call Spacers for anti-wobble set for the CTC A8. To address the wobbly issues that commonly occur with dory 3D printing using this type of concept, especially on this particular 3D printer and others like it, I made some improvements to an existing design. I modified it so it would work perfectly with my CTC A8 3D printer, and everything turned out great. If you'd like to download this file, you'll need a Dremel tool or something similar to smooth out the rough edges and widen up the holes where the rods go. You'll also have to make some modifications to the support plate lock plate on top of your 3D printer; check your PDF manual for details in the parts list. Take that support plate lock plate, drill a hole as shown in one of the photos, and align the 3D printed component carefully. With a little trial and error, you should be able to figure out how to complete the rest of the process and enjoy using it.
