This spacer is designed to mount one of the triple MOSFET switch modules available on eBay. The current listing title on eBay contains the text "MOSFET breakout board module switch relay (15A, 60V) 3-outputs for Arduino/RPi". These modules offer three MOSFET switches that can be used with a 3D printer, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other electronic applications requiring higher DC voltage or current switching than the microcontroller can handle. The modules come equipped with two mounting holes on one edge. Unfortunately, if the module is mounted with spacers or standoffs on those two holes, the opposite side of the board may flex when mating the control cable connector or tightening screws on the power input terminal block. This design provides a 6mm tall riser block that matches the dimensions and corner radius of the MOSFET module, supporting the entire board rather than just one edge. The STL file can be used as-is. If tailoring is desired, you'll need to download the roundedCornerCube.scad file from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8812. Additionally, you'll require the mosfet_bracket.scad file, which should be edited for correct path location if not using the CUSTOM library folder for the roundedCornerCase file. Locate and edit the parameters requiring changes, then render and generate a new STL file. Note that this spacer was designed to work with a Mosfet module marked as v1.1, although eBay seller madeatrade has confirmed that it should also be compatible with newer versions of the triple MOSFET module.
