Spacer K55/K49 and other things
thingiverse
I created for fun this spacer for the CPU side of my K55/K49 case. Now i can mount an NH-L12S and pull out the PSU to make more room for pass-through heatsink GPUs, especially the Founder edition. You need 4 new M3x25mm screws and you need to drill 4 new holes on the PSU bracket. For my SF600 the new holes are the ones you can see in the photo. I suggest you to install 2 92x15mm fans in exhaust on top and bottom of the case so the GPU hot air can be sucked out from top and bottom. So if you want to pull out the PSU too you have to print the "FrontSpacerPSUextended" and the "RearSpacer". If you want only more height for the CPU cooler you can print "FrontSpacerStock" and "RearSpacer". Remember to print also 2 "SpacerConnector" laying them flat so you can align the spacers and glue them. I have attached the full thing if you have a big print bed, it is the same thing Extended or Stock. I have uploaded the original files created in SketchUp so you can modify everything or use it for the GPU side. If you want you can print the feet i have created so the bottom fan can suck out more hot air.
With this file you will be able to print Spacer K55/K49 and other things with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Spacer K55/K49 and other things.
