This reworked version of Thing 14548's spacer is aimed at providing users an OpenSCAD description for customizing the part based on their printer and bearings, ensuring a rattle-free fit. The spacers can also be used on Y-axis carriage by replacing press-fit adjustable bushings with linear bearings. For adjustments, check Thing 14548 and modify the OpenSCAD file's parameters EXTRA and t for ideal fitting. Print four spacers for Z-axis and two additional ones if using on Y-axis after setting up "multiply" section in Skeinforge. Install each bearing with a spacer and secure with 9/16" clips at both ends.
