Spacer for filament spindle

I'm having issues getting the filament to unwind smoothly. The spool is too heavy when attached by a thread alone, so I need to create space between the rotation axis and the center of the spool. I'm preparing an STL file that's compatible with an internal diameter of 66mm and a spool width of 58mm. Additionally, the SCAD file has parameters for the spindle's inner components, denoted as 'd' and 'h.' Remember to print two units in order to achieve proper function.
