Spacer for aluminum GT2 pulley and fan mount for X axis + Fan mount for Y axis

I opted to utilize aluminum GT2 pulleys instead of their printed counterparts, mainly because the aluminum pulley was slightly taller. This necessitated the creation of a spacer and presented an opportunity to add a 40mm fan holder. To accommodate the Y-axis, I crafted a holder for the 40mm fan situated above the pulley. In this process, I had to utilize a belt tensioner to gain sufficient space between the bed and the endstop of the Y-axis.
