I designed this spacer and endcap for my custom Headway cells, which I'm using as a replacement for older 48x LiFePo A123 cells in my model submarine project. To join the cells together, I use M6 screws, but to avoid any electrical shorts, I added these specially printed endcaps. To enhance mechanical stability, the spacers keep the cells apart while reinforced tape keeps everything securely in place.
