Spaceman Spiff!

Spaceman Spiff!

Knew I needed a Spaceman Spiff (from Bill Watterson's comic Calvin & Hobbes,), but could only find LennyFace's at the time, so I modified it for easier slicing and larger printing. Cleaned up a bit and added some details to the cockpit. After completing this, I realized that Spiff needed an adversary. Wasn't going to try and do an F-14, but carlh2018 supplied the T-Rex and I shoddily modified it to fit in the cockpit. These are intended to use the clear portion of 'vending capsules,' the toy containers from gumball machines, as the cockpit dome, so there are two sizes as marked: one to use 28mm capsules, the other for 45mm capsules - these are available through places like Aliexpress and Temu pretty cheap. They should fit perfectly within the upper ring, but it won't hurt to do a test slice with the saucer top sunk almost entirely below the slicing/build plate, with only the top few millimeters showing, to make a ring for a test fit.SaucerBottom works for both, but the tops are specific to the occupants (Spiff or Triff,) so make sure you match them up and get the right size. Looks a lot better at the larger size (45)
