<p>In my Project spaceKnob I am trying to create a open Source 3d mouse for CAD Software. The angles are measured with a Gyroscope and the linear movemet with 4 Hall effect sensors. The 6 DOF joint is created with a 3D printed spring.</p><p>I try to keep it fully parametric to make it as easy as possible to change it for yourself. It is designed in FreeCAD.</p><p> </p><p>This is still a work in progress…</p><p>The GitHub with software for an arduino pro micro is following soon.</p><p>-Paul</p>
