These two desk accessories are designed to be both functional and visually appealing. The first office supply created was a pencil rocket that not only holds pencils but also adds a touch of whimsy to your workspace. To accommodate the pencils, the tip of the rocket is detachable, allowing for easy insertion and removal. Additionally, small holes were drilled at the bottom of the rocket to allow the pencil tips to pass through, giving it a dynamic appearance reminiscent of flames erupting from a real rocket in flight. The second piece designed was an E.T. phone holder that attaches to the back of its palm, providing a unique and creative way to secure your phone while working. To achieve high-quality finishes, we utilized various 3D printing techniques such as lofts, extrusions, extruded cuts, and fillets.
