Changes Made to Original Design The scale of the design has been updated for use with 6mm plywood. This change is necessary due to the original version being tailored for 4.8mm thickness, which is not compatible with a standard 220mm x 145mm plywood sheet. Key Modifications: * Space between parts has been increased to accommodate a 2mm flute. * The pocket on the main frame has been split into separate sections, making it easier to generate G-code using JSCut software. * An additional layer has been added for laser engraving purposes. G-Code File Details: * Zeroing point is set at the lower left corner of the plywood sheet, ensuring that the top edge is aligned with the cutting path. * The cut depth has been adjusted to 7mm, achieved through two passes to prevent material deformation. * Cutting and plunging speeds have been optimized to 1200mm/min for efficient material removal. * Pocket creation precedes outside part cutting to ensure accurate and precise results.
