This LP model of the Space Shuttle, constructed close to scale, features full texturing for both spacecraft exterior and rocket engine exteriors. Aerodynamic modeling is included, but landing gear and control surfaces are not. The model comes in 10 different formats. As a reusable vehicle system for orbital space flight, the Space Shuttle program's origins began with design and development experiments like X-15 and X-24 in the late 1950s.
