Designed by Darren, Jongho, Joy, and Maria, a team of skilled Drafting & Design grade 11 students, this innovative multi-part toy was crafted specifically for a comprehensive project. Engineered using the powerful Solid Edge software, each intricate component came to life with meticulous attention to detail. Instructions: Bring this remarkable creation into being by printing it on a state-of-the-art Makerbot Replicator 2, utilizing the versatility of PLA material. To achieve optimal results, print in three layers and infill at 10% density. Note that several parts necessitate support structures during the printing process to ensure flawless construction. Once printed, carefully remove the model from its base, as all parts feature a seamless friction fit. While some minor filing and trimming may be required to perfect each component's fit, the end result will be a precision-crafted toy of exceptional quality.
