Space saving filament spool roller - suitable for width 50mm up to 82mm

<p>For my filament box I wanted to have a spool roller with following features:</p><ul><li>Shall save space in the filament box.</li><li>Enable easy replacement of filament spool.</li><li>Shall work for 1kg spools with ⌀200mm.</li><li>Shall be robust and avoid jumping out of the spool.</li><li>Shall be adjustable in a wide range to fit for spools of different vendors.</li><li>Material usage shall be less.</li></ul><p>I didn´t find any spool roller which fit´s to my needs. So I have designed my own one. Goal of the design was to print much parts as possible and print should be without supports. Nuts which fix the ball bearings are self-locking due to friction between spool and washer.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Part List:</strong></p><ul><li>Printed parts are made of PETG | quantity: 1 (see STL)</li><li>Ball bearings 6282RS (d8xD24x8) | quantity: 4</li><li>Cylinder screws M3x10 | quantity: 4</li><li>Washer M3 (ISO7093) | quantity: 4</li><li>Hexagon nuts M3 | quantity: 4</li></ul><p><strong>Assembly Instruction:</strong></p><ol><li>Mount ball bearings to side plates.</li><li>Add washers with side of the shoulder to bearings.</li><li>Assemble nuts (2 left-hand thread and 2 right-hand thread).</li><li>Insert nuts &nbsp;to screw plates.</li><li>Join side plates together.</li><li>Assemble screw plates and fix parts using cylinder screws and washer.</li><li>Adjust filament roller to the size of your spool.</li></ol><p>Enjoy printing with your new filament roller.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
