Compact Pod Design for Space One 220X Frame. This pod allows ample space to use the Flyduino KISS PDB for 24-amp ESCs, enabling smooth flight operations. I print mine at 100% infill using carbon fiber Proto Pasta, achieving a strong and durable structure. For added flexibility, consider printing the top section with TPU or another flexible filament. However, I recommend utilizing a rigid material for the bottom to ensure stability. A Runcam eagle camera is used in this design but can also accommodate HS1177 type cameras. The bottom tray is optimized for use with a TBS Unify Pro HV and TBS Triumph antenna. Due to carbon fiber filament warping issues, I opt not to use my heated bed. Instead, I employ a large brim and have achieved successful prints without complications. Nonetheless, it's crucial to understand your specific printer's habits to avoid potential problems. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Cubex Duo Gutted and Reprapped Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: To minimize curling/warping when printing with rigid filament, use a brim, adhesive, and forgo heat. This approach has proven effective in minimizing warping due to ambient temperature differences. To complete the assembly, you'll need to drill a hole into the carbon frame for the front bolt. I'm considering removing screw holes from the front and rear; these files will be added soon.
