This rover concept dubbed Celest-X was created for the Ryerson Design League's 2022 Designathon. The challenge was to design a contraption to mine in space.The rover has 6 independently steered and powered wheels, all to ensure good traction in all ground conditions, high load carrying capacity, and high-speed travel. The rover is also equipped with a mechanical arm that is able to swap attachments without external aid.
