This redesigned space frame vertex features a unique 'socket' that allows for adjustable rod angles while maintaining a planar movement. The hub is easy to print without support structure and can be mass-produced through injection molding. OpenScad models are provided for 3, 5, and 6 connection hubs, with the option to create customized designs. Simply print as many arms and hubs as needed, press fit rods into connecting arm sleeves, and slip rounded arm ends into hub holes. The default rod size is 5/16", but can be altered in OpenScad. However, be cautious of the hub's overall cylinder size when using multiple holes. A word of warning: the arm design needs improvement as it is currently fragile.
