Work in progress. The next iteration of https://skfb.ly/6TH7K is taking shape. In this version, I've made a crucial design change: all top chords, webbing, and latitudinal bottom chords are now equal in length. This clever move has significant implications when it comes to pre-fabrication - these elements can form a sturdy tetrahedron. With this innovative approach, the curvature of the entire truss will be controlled solely by the length of the longitudinal bottom chords. This streamlined design is poised to simplify fabrication and erection processes by an impressive half. The next major milestone involves modeling the tubular nodes that connect individual members together.
