The Mid poly spaceship model was crafted using Blender's powerful toolset, yielding a sophisticated 3D asset that is compatible with both the classic Blender Internal rendering engine and the modern Cycles rendering solution. Four detailed PNG textures, carefully crafted in a 2048x2048 format, are included: Specular, Bump, Color, and Emission maps. These high-resolution assets bring depth and realism to the spaceship's surface, allowing artists to add intricate details that leap off the screen. To optimize texture resolution while maintaining visual symmetry, the UV mapping is intentionally mirrored across the center line of symmetry. This clever design decision ensures that decals placed on one side of the ship are automatically reflected on the opposite side, creating a sense of seamless unity throughout the model's exterior. However, this approach does present a challenge when attempting to add text or directional-specific decals, which may require additional creativity and problem-solving skills.
